Drew is a great guy and I'll miss listening to his color commentary. He would lay into the Sharks whenever they were playing poorly, and they don't have too many off nights. I wonder if Oiler management is ready to hear their own color guy skewer the oiler youth night in and night out, should be fun. |

Louie was the last one to ever criticize the Oilers, seldom a bad word. On the Oilers' worst nights, it was hard to listen to him talk about all the talent on the team and how bright their future is. So I'm quite looking forward to the new attitude in the booth...from what we are told, the new guy doesn't typically let bad play go without honest appraisal/comment.
I hope Mr. Lowe is prepared to hear the truth. |

IF they had to replace Louie I wish they would've replaced him with a hockey player. After getting to hear so many games with actual NHLers discuss the games we are going back to the whole "I never played hockey, but I know better than anyone".
Just having Struds and Suds on 1260 has made some of those bozo's think twice before pretending. Brownlee no longer is a past athlete. |

I always though Debrusk was one of the best color guys, especially for a regional broadcast. I'd take him over Hrudey on color any day. |
